Terms & Agreement
Short version: we'll treat your bike like ours, we'll be honest about pricing, and we'll show up when we say we will. The fine print below covers the rest.

A 30% deposit is required to reserve any time slot. The deposit is applied toward the final balance and confirms your appointment. The remaining balance is paid in person, in cash or card, after the service is completed and approved by you on-site.
Listed prices are starting base rates. The final cost may vary based on the actual condition of the bike or vehicle on arrival. If the bike is in better condition than expected, the final price may be lower. Any adjustment is communicated and approved before work begins.
You may reschedule at no cost up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance forfeit the deposit. If Apexx Moto Detailing cancels for any reason — weather, equipment, illness, or otherwise — your deposit is fully refunded or rolled over to a new date of your choice.
If outdoor conditions make safe, quality work impossible (heavy rain, freezing temps, high wind), we reserve the right to reschedule. We always reach out first and the deposit stays on file for the new date at no extra cost.
Mobile service is included within a 25-mile radius of the operating area. Service outside that radius is available at a flat $1 per additional mile, agreed to before booking is confirmed.
Customer agrees to provide a reasonably safe, flat, shaded (when possible) location for the service. Access to a water source and a standard power outlet is required for most services unless arranged otherwise. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage (scratches, fading, oxidation, mechanical issues) and will document and disclose anything found before starting work.
Apexx Moto Detailing takes every reasonable precaution. We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, undisclosed modifications, aftermarket parts not properly secured, or factors outside our reasonable control. Any concern raised at on-site inspection will be addressed before payment is collected.
We may photograph completed work for our portfolio, website, or social media. License plates and identifying details are blurred or cropped. If you prefer your bike or vehicle not to be photographed, just let us know before service starts — no questions asked.
